Are non sighthounds allowed to attend your meets?
Yes of course, we welcome honorary hounds (HH) onto each of our meets all we ask is that you let Dave know you are bringing an HH to ensure you are pitched away from reactive hounds
Can I come in any form of camping unit to your meets?
This depends on the site rules on each meet. For example Love2stay do not allow tents. We do try to find fully inclusive sites but occasionally we may hold meets at places such as Love2stay. On the same theme we may also hold meets at adult only sites.
How do I book onto a meet?
Please email Dave on the group email cacwgas@gmail.com or via messenger. All pitches are booked by payment of a non refundable deposit and then a final payment approximately six weeks before the meet. Any cancellations forfeit their deposits and also final payment if they have been paid but don’t worry every penny goes into the charity pot.
